With the Screening Buddy Dual Purpose Screen Retainer System you can easily & efficiently temporarily secure a single screen, multiple screens, or a long run of screen material in place to free up both hands to easily roll the spline into the channel correctly making the replacement screen straight, tight, & correctly in place.
Screening Buddy works on both extruded aluminum lanai/pool cage/enclosure screen frames with flat spline, & aluminum storm/screen door screen frames as well as most aluminum window screen frames with round spline. The large end is for re-screening lanai/pool cage/enclosure with flat spline, & the small end is for re-screening storm/screen door screen frames as well as most window screen frames with round spline.
Screening Buddy can be used with fiberglass, & vinyl coated fiberglass screening material with the thickness of (standard screen material) 0.012 in (0.31 mm) to (tough screen material) 0.27 in (0.69 mm). The thicker the screen material, the more you will have to firmly rock Screening Buddy into the channel to hold the screen in place.
The Screening Buddy Screen Retainers are virtually indestructible, and can be easily found if dropped in the grass or anywhere around the job site.
Screening Buddy isn't just for Florida pool enclosures, like Florida most states use aluminum window screens, storm door screens, sliding patio door screens, aluminum screen rooms (also vinyl window frames) that all or most use the 0.152 in - 0.160 in round spline which is what the small end of the Screening Buddy works for.
