New-Old-Stock still in factory packaging.  Note:  From previous customers we have been advised that the on-board batteries are most likely dead by now, so before buying, please determine if you have the ability to replace the batteries with your own stock, and that you can reset or restore any volatile RAM containing factory settings and firmware.  WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ASSIST WITH THIS, but we have heard from several customers that they were able to perform these restorative processes and had fully working CPU Boards as a result.

Warranty
All products carry a 30-day Warranty unless sold As-Is or For Parts or Repair.
HSC reserves the right to refund, repair, or replace defective products.
The Warranty does not cover shipping charges to the customer or return shipping.
Damage from improper product use or insufficient return shipping packaging may void Warranty.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground for domestic orders. eBay calculates these fees.  USPS, FedEx, and most common carriers are available upon request.
Orders are shipped within two business days (usually one) unless special packaging, crating, or a pallet is required.  Additional charges may apply in this case.
Same day shipping available upon request by calling us by 1:00 PM PT.
All orders FOB (FCA) Shipping Point. eBay does not add Insurance.  Buyer may be responsible for Insurance Fees for orders above 0.

All orders shipped within California will have 9% Sales Tax added unless a valid CA Resale Number is provided.
Returns
All returns require an RMA number. Contact us by eBay e-mail.  Indicate RMA number on all return packaging.

Products purchased in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be in returned in resalable condition.
International Orders
HSC reserves the right to reject orders and or void warranty on a case by case basis.  E-mail communications supersede all terms and conditions.
U.S. Dept of Commerce laws are strictly adhered to. Do not ask for any changes to tariff codes or product value. Orders over 00 are subject to export delays.

Postal Service (FOB/FCA U.S.) shipping is available for orders under 0 and 30 lbs.  All other orders require traceable insured shipping by UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
