    Beautiful pattern booklet in excellent condition.  There is no wear on the booklet.
    This booklet came from a hobby store's inventory and never sold.  The original retail price sticker is on the front cover.  While this item has never sold, there is some wear on the front cover most likely from customers perusing.  There is also sun fading on the front cover.
    This is perfect for your collection!
