    LIONEL PRE WAR NO. 63 LAMP POST WITH BULBS STANDARD SCALE GAUGE. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class. Item in decent shape; cracked at neck of post but can be reset and as you can see from the photo, it illuminates and works.  you could solder or superglue the neck into a fixed position.  you could also call it fatigued and in need of repair for more realistic operation.
