    For larger items we use Parcelforce 24, however if the item is very large it can only be sent using Parcelforce 48 large.
    For international delivery of larger items, we mainly use Parcelforce Global Priority and I-Post Parcels.
    Some postcodes areas are deemed remote and we are charged a premium. We reserve the right to find an alternate courier service but this may not be next day. In extreme circumstances where no alternative courier can be found, we may ask for a contribution towards the extra cost.
    Surcharges apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30--44, PH4-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41.
    We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day. We occasionally list products which are special order items, the dispatch date may be slightly longer. We will notify you if the dispatch date is longer than expected.
