    E-Tac Stabilizers are made with braided carbon fiber.

    Braided carbon fiber tubes feature fibers all running parallelly, therefore will not divide 50% of fibers to another direction. This structure provides max longitudinal tensile strength, greater than the conventional woven carbon fiber.

    Typical applications of Braided carbon fiber tubes: Aerospace, I.E., jet engine fan blade; energy-absorbing crash structures in F1 car; Wind turbine blades.

    Outer diameter: 0.79” / 20mm, thickness: 0.08” / 2mm, same as those 0 stabilizers. Most 0-200 stabs are 0.06”.

    E-Tac Stabilizers feature 7075 Aluminum parts. 7075 aluminum is 2x stronger than typical 6061 aluminum used in most stabilizers. Only those high-end stabilizers close to 0 on the market use 7075 aluminum.

    Finite Element Method (FEM) used to optimize the design of the 7075 aluminum parts. The design is similar to a fluted barrel which is not only aesthetical, but also light-weight, and extremely stiff.
