The card is supported by most operating systems and includes a  free DOS, Linux and Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP/2003 compatible software  package. This includes sample programs and source code in "C" for DOS, and  Visual Basic, Delphi, C++ Builder, and Visual C++ for Windows
LPCI-COM485/8: Compatible with RS-485 specifications. Up to 32 drivers and  receivers allowed on line. Drivers/Receivers used are type SN75176B
